This website is operated by Jaygee Industries, a manufacturer and global B2B supplier of incense, aromatic products and fragrance oils, established in 1972 and headquartered at:

When you fill in our business enquiry form on the Connect page, we collect:

We do not collect payment card details, national identification numbers, or sensitive personal data.

b) Data collected automatically

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects:

Your IP address (anonymised by Google before storage)
Browser type, device type and operating system
Pages visited, time on site and referral source
General geographic location (country / city level)

This data is collected only after you click Accept on the cookie consent banner. If you click Decline, no analytics cookies are set.

c) Data we do NOT collect

We do not collect: passwords, payment information, social security or tax identification numbers, health or biometric data, or any information about children under 16.

3. How we use your data

Enquiry response: To reply to your business enquiry, send quotations, and follow up on orders.
Business communication: To maintain our B2B relationship with you, including order updates and product information you have requested.
Website improvement: To understand which pages are most useful (analytics, only with your consent).

FormSubmit.co

Our enquiry form submits data to FormSubmit.co, which forwards your enquiry to our email. Your data is used solely to deliver the email and is not stored long-term by FormSubmit. See their privacy policy.

Google Analytics 4

If you accept cookies, Google Analytics is used to analyse website traffic. Data is processed by Google LLC (USA). Google applies standard contractual clauses and is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. See Google's privacy policy.

Google Fonts

We use the Cormorant Garamond and Inter typefaces. These font files are currently loaded from Google's servers (fonts.googleapis.com), which transfers your IP address to Google. We are in the process of hosting these fonts locally to eliminate this transfer. Until that is complete, loading any page on this site sends your IP address to Google Fonts. If you wish to avoid this, you may use a browser extension that blocks Google Fonts requests.

Google Translate

Our navigation bar includes an optional Google Translate widget. If you use it, Google processes the page content you are translating. See Google's privacy policy.

Cloudflare Pages

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process connection metadata (IP address, request logs) for security and delivery. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

We do not share your personal data with any other third parties. We do not sell, rent, lease or trade your personal data to advertisers or data brokers.

Google Analytics sets cookies to measure website usage. These are only placed after you click Accept on the consent banner. Common GA4 cookies include _ga, _ga_* (expire after 13 months).

7. Data retention

Enquiry data: We retain your enquiry and contact details for as long as necessary to maintain our business relationship, or for up to 3 years from your last contact, whichever comes first. After that, data is deleted from our email records.
Analytics data: Google Analytics retains event data for 14 months (our selected retention period). Aggregated reports may be retained indefinitely.
Consent preference cookie: Stored in your browser for 12 months.

8. Your rights

If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the following rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR:

9. California residents — CCPA / Do Not Sell

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) grant you additional rights.

We do not sell or share your personal information. Jaygee Industries does not sell, rent, share for cross-context behavioural advertising, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration.

Under the CCPA, you have the right to:

Delete personal information we have collected about you.
Correct inaccurate personal information.
Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (not applicable — we do not sell data).
Non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

To submit a CCPA request, email sales@jaygeeindustries.com with the subject "CCPA Privacy Request" and include your full name and the specific right you wish to exercise. We will respond within 45 days.

In the last 12 months, we have collected: contact identifiers (name, email, phone, company) from enquiry forms; internet usage information (pages visited) from consenting users via Google Analytics. We have not sold or shared any personal information.

10. International data transfers

Jaygee Industries is based in India. When you submit an enquiry, your data is received in India. India does not have an EU adequacy decision at this time; however, we process your data only for the legitimate purpose of responding to your enquiry and do not transfer it further.

Google Analytics data is processed by Google LLC in the United States under standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. Cloudflare also processes connection data in the United States under standard contractual clauses.

11. Children's privacy

This website is a B2B commercial platform not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16 years of age. If you believe a child has submitted personal data to us, please contact us immediately at sales@jaygeeindustries.com and we will delete it promptly.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be notified via a notice on our homepage. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
